How Satisfied Are My Customers?
It's a difficult thing getting it right consistently and my business is constantly evolving. Here's what customers say about my services.
Jon Nesbitt Engineering:
The time had arrived for our business to have a website. The world it would appear is full of people who can do this service for us – at a price – a very large, inflated totally unnecessary price. These same people it would seem have the ability to blind us with science and use very nerdish ultra technical terms meaning very little to us but apparently contributed towards the inflated price.
We approached Gary McArthur and from day one he knew what we needed – and at an affordable price.
Gary was very approachable, taking on board our thoughts and suggestions. By working alongside him he designed and delivered the website we have today. Potential and current customers know what we are about, where to find us and can see the work we do. They have the facility to contact us via the website which has been a valuable addition to our contact facilities.
We would highly recommend Gary.
Our annual subscription is due and we renewed it with Gary without hesitation in fact we renewed it with confidence and peace of mind, essential to any business.

FibroMen.org
We'd been 'stung' so many times in the past by big web development companies - sometimes charging as much as £5000 for a website consisting of just ten pages - but, being naïve, we thought "They're a big company because they're good at what they do and can charge accordingly!" How wrong we were. Having paid £3000 for them to build and host our site it turned out we couldn't do anything with it without their input, and their input was chargeable!! We didn't even own the images we'd taken for them to use.
We were wary approaching such a small business as Gary's because of what we needed the site to be. We needn't have worried. Gary gave us everything we needed and asked for without hesitation, delay or procrastination over prices for this and that. He gave us the price (a fraction of what we'd paid in the past) and it remained at that price at completion - despite us changing things several hundred times during development. Nothing was too much trouble. Gary even helped us set up our Facebook, Google+ and Twitter accounts.
FibroMen has no hesitation in recommending Gary McArthur to anyone looking for a great web site at a fraction of the cost.

Tees Valley Village Halls Network.
TVVHN had been operating a Google Domains site for a number of years. The site provided information listings for a number of village halls in the Tees Valley area, promoting their presence and the functions, events and classes they provide to the public and visitors. It was maintained by volunteers and was in need of updating.
The committee chairman approached me to help them. They didn't have their own domain - just a sub-domain of googlesites - so I began by sourcing a suitable .co.uk domain and then set about working closely with TVVHN to design the site using information and images from the old site. Eventually we had constructed over forty pages for the site, based on a standard template for each village hall - teesvalleyvillagehalls.net
